Where is My Package?
Once your package is packed, it will be handed over to our shipping partner, and you will receive an email with a tracking link.
For logistical reasons, your order may be shipped in multiple packages to optimize delivery times.

Defective Product?
Oh no! If your product is damaged during transit, we will send you a replacement package free of charge the first time. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for the first damaged item. If the replacement also arrives defective, we will issue a full refund.

Lost Package?
In the unlikely event that your package is lost or not delivered, we will send a replacement package free of charge before proceeding with any further steps.
Import Duties
Please be aware that some packages may be subject to customs checks upon arrival in Australia. Although this typically does not happen, customs may charge a small import duty fee. If you encounter any customs duties, please contact us, and we will assist you.
Delivery Not to Home or Post Office
If a package is delivered to your doorstep or left at a post office and is not accepted or collected, it will be automatically returned to the supplier. In this case, a 25 AUD fee may be deducted from your refund.
Why is My Package Tracking Not Working?
Sometimes it may take 1-2 business days for the shipping company to update the status of your package. We ask for your understanding and patience in these cases.

Returns & Refunds
What is the return policy for the online store?
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it. You will then have an additional 30 days to return the items. If the product is returned in its original condition, we will issue a full refund, excluding the return shipping fees.

How long does it take for my return to be processed?
Once we receive your return, we aim to process it within 5 to a maximum of 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation once the process is complete.

Does the shop offer international shipping?
No, we currently only offer domestic shipping and do not provide international shipping. This allows us to maintain our high standards for delivery times and customer service.
