Refund policy

The Need-to-Knows:

  • Return Window: Gotta send it back within 30 days of it landing at your place.
  • Restocking Fee: Nah, we don’t charge one.
  • Refund Time: Once we get your return, give us up to 7 business days to sort the refund.
  • Return Postage: You’ll need to cover the shipping back to us.
  • Exchanges: We do not do exchanges.
  • Heads Up: This policy plays by our Terms of Service.

What Can Be Returned

You’ve got 30 days from the delivery date to return eligible items. Shoot us an email at info@lunemaison.com to get started. Just make sure the item hasn’t been used or worn, and it’s in the original packaging with all tags still on. Miss the 30-day cut-off and we won’t be able to help, sorry!

How to Send It Back

Before popping anything in the post, flick us an email with your order number and reason for the return – we’ll need to give it the green light first. Once approved, we’ll send you all the return details. Be sure to pack it up safe so it gets back to us in one piece. You’ll need to cover the postage.

Refunds

After we’ve received and checked the item, we’ll refund your original payment method. Should take up to 7 business days. No restocking fee – too easy.

Want to Swap It?

Keen to exchange something? Can't help you there unfortunately. Wait until your package arrives, return it and in the meantime, order the other item.

Need to Cancel?

Changed your mind? No problem – email us at info@lunemaison.com ASAP. If we haven’t started processing, we’ll cancel it for you. Once it’s underway, though, it’s out of our hands.

Damaged or Not Quite Right?

If something arrives broken or wrong, we’re really sorry. Snap a few pics and send them over to info@lunemaison.com. We’ll sort it quick-smart and make sure you get the right item in top nick.
